For over 20 years, Tim and Patrice Evans and their family have been dedicated to building a well-regarded purebred Angus herd. Known for its superior carcass quality, the Angus breed has been the foundation of their operation, originally focused on seedstock production. While raising outstanding breeding females and bulls has remained a priority, the family saw an opportunity to bring their carefully raised cattle full circle—offering high-quality beef directly to consumers who appreciate the difference in responsibly raised, premium Angus beef.
Over time, Tim, with the guidance of industry leaders in animal nutrition and the Angus breed, refined the feeding techniques that remain the cornerstone of their program today. This commitment to thoughtful nutrition, combined with selective breeding, ensures that every animal is raised to the highest standard for quality and consistency.
In 2015, Haley Evans married Court White, and as their shared passion for the breed grew, so did their role in the operation. With fresh energy and a strong commitment to the business, Court and Haley helped expand its reach by enhancing customer connections, refining beef marketing efforts, and ensuring the operation remained sustainable for the future. To better connect with customers and market their beef, White Family Beef was established, with sales and marketing primarily led by Court and Haley. Through their dedication, the business became more deeply rooted in the family, strengthening its ability to deliver exceptional beef year after year.
