Unlike traditional feedlot systems, where cattle are confined to small spaces and often fed diets that can compromise meat quality, our cattle roam freely in pastures, where they can graze and move naturally. They enjoy a well-rounded diet of both grass and grain, free from commodity by-products like gluten or distillers grain, which can negatively affect flavor. We also refrain from using antibiotics or other drugs unless absolutely necessary, maintaining ethical animal husbandry practices.
